JCMT Receives £2,000 Grant From Scottish Mountaineering Trust

Following a meeting of the trustees of the Scottish Mountaineering Trust (SMT) in March 2023, the SMT have provided a very generous £2,000 of funding for the JCMT’s 2024 Scottish Winter Programme.

The Scottish Mountaineering Trust is a grant-griving charity that provides funding to organisations and projects that “promote public recreation, knowledge and safe enjoyment of the mountains, especially in the mountains of Scotland.”

The SMT have been long-standing supporters of the JCMT and we are extremely grateful for their continued generosity which has ensured the longevity of our Scottish Winter courses - equipping more young people to enjoy the Scottish hills safely.
